    • If a course is removed, discontinued, or merged into another program, your access will end.
    • After one year, we may revoke access at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to delete or modify access to courses, accounts, or materials after one year without prior notice.

10. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

10.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day full refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

✅ You must not have completed 60% or more of the course.
✅ You must not have generated or downloaded your certificate.
Certificates & transcripts are non-refundable if purchased separately.

11. Account Termination & Unusual Activity

  • We reserve the right to delete or block any user account without a refund if we detect unusual behavior, including but not limited to:

    • Using bots, automation, or hacks to complete courses.
    • Repeated violation of policies or fraudulent activities.
  • We may permanently terminate your account at our discretion, and you will not be eligible for a refund in such cases.
