At Courseline.org, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, we offer a 14-day full refund policy under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:
✅ You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
✅ You have completed less than 60% of the course.
✅ You have not generated or downloaded your certificate

2. Refund Exclusions

You will not be eligible for a refund if:
❌ You have completed 60% or more of the course.
❌ You have generated or downloaded your certificate.
❌ Your refund request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Certificates & transcripts are non-refundable if purchased separately.

3. How to Request a Refund

📌 Order Number

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
