Since I am a teacher, my knowledge helped me to score 96/100 in the quiz consisting of 25 questions. However, I must say the quizzes are not practical and the course content is too repetitive. In fact, I think that the content was AI-generated (with human curation). Thus, even though the logic and the structure were precise and easy to understand, the helpfulness of the content was not significant. One way to improve is to compare and contrast different types of motivation theories so that learners understand the pros and cons of each (i.e., why do they need to understand these theories but not others?). Another way is to increase the number of quiz questions to cover all the content in the course. The third way is to give scenarios in which different types of motivation are presented or missing so that learners can apply the knowledge/theory they have learned. The fourth way is to highlight the end outcome of the course: do you want the learners to practice or just to understand the motivation theories? Finally, someone must elaborate on what a level EIGHT course means since I do not think this course is at that level. All in all, a solid three stars for the logical content and clear examples, but when they became repetitive, I could not give more positive evaluation. Thank you. Best wishes.
